readingBOOK

long day today. went out early in the morning. came back only in the late afternoon. but! i did smth useful when i was out. (: i read a pretty cool book somewhere. its about anti-cancer information. the book title caught my eye instantly. it somehow relate to me now. sighs. so, browsing through the thick book, this chapter caught my eye. ANTI-cancer food. so, i was super curious and started to read seriously. i took down some notes in my handphone so as to remind me of the anti-cancer food..

so, here's the list of the anti-cancer food..
chinese green tea, japanese green tea, curry, ginger, cabbages, broccoli, cauliflower, garlic, onions, carrots, yam, sweet potato, tomato, soy, mushrooms, herb, mint, seaweed, omega3, fish, shellfish, vitaminD, milk, cod liver oil, salmon, sardines, eel, mackerel, probiotics (asparagus, banana, wheat) Berries, citrus fruit, pomegranate juice, red wine, dark chocolate, wholegrain rice, multigrain bread, olive oil, organic butter, peas, beans and tofu.

so, for now ill be looking out for these food stuff whenever i go for a meal. everyone should also include them in their diet. prevention is better than cure, right? some things cant be controlled by men or be bought by money. for example: health. when things come your way, cannot run away from it even though thats what everyone will do in the beginning. but facing it is the only one way to resolve it. this is like the golden phrase nowadays. you can hear it on tv like on every drama series..


A good friend is hard to find, hard to lose, and impossible to forget...
